To receive the Early Bird Registration rate, registration forms must be received by 1/28/08.  All registrations after that date must pay the regular rate as listed on the registration form.  After 1/28/08, confirmations will not be mailed; you may call 770-719-2474 or 404-625-3844 to verify registration. After February 18, 2008, registration should be completed at the training site.  
Registration may be transferred to another individual without penalty, but please notify our office at 770-719-2474.

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Monday, January 28, 2008. You will receive a refund, less a $25 service charge. Cancellations received after this date or failure to attend without canceling in writing, will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Registration may be transferred to another individual without penalty, but please notify our office.
