Form in word.docBOOTH SPECIFICATION: A booth consists of one 6’ X 30” skirted table, a chair, and a wastebasket. If more space is needed, the vendor must purchase additional booth space. Limited spaces are available. The exhibitor space will be open for set up on the evening before the training after 7:00 pm and must be dismantled by 5:00 pm on the last day of the conference. Because a different group of people comes each day, we ask that you plan to maintain your booth through the last break to allow participants the opportunity to view the exhibits.
FEE INFORMATION: All booths are $300 with no service. Booths requiring electricity or other special equipment are $350. Each additional space is $200 (i.e. two tables with no service for one vendor would be $500).
ADVANCED SHIPPING OF MATERIALS: No materials will be accepted by the hotel prior to two days before the training. Limited storage is available for boxed items. The hotel is unable to store portable booths or large display boards shipped ahead.
You must call for specific addressing requirements.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit must accompany this application in order to reserve booth
space. The balance of your fee is due no later than one month before the conference.
Exhibit space reserved after this date must be accompanied by full payment.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Any exhibit space cancelled prior to one month
before the conference will be subject to a charge of $100. Any space cancelled after this
date is nonrefundable.
